Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lb. red potatoes, chopped into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 oz. package ranch dip mix
- 1/2 cup torn fresh dill
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Directions

On baking sheet, toss first 4 ingredients. Arrange in an even layer; season. Roast at 450 until chicken is cooked through, about 25 minutes. Top with remaining ingredients.
