Puff Pastry BLT with Boursin Spread

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup Garlic and Fine Herbs Boursin cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • Shredded romaine lettuce
  • Sliced Roma tomatoes
  • 6 strips thick-sliced bacon, halved and cooked

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Combine mayo, Boursin, and Dijon for the spread; season with salt and pepper.

  3. Cut puff pastry into 3 strips along fold marks, cut strips in half crosswise, and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake pastries 15 minutes, then let cool 5 minutes.

  4. Split pastries in half and cover cut sides with Boursin spread.

  5. Top bottom pastries with romaine, tomatoes, bacon, and remaining puff pastry halves.
