Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup Garlic and Fine Herbs Boursin cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp. Dijon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- Shredded romaine lettuce
- Sliced Roma tomatoes
- 6 strips thick-sliced bacon, halved and cooked

Preheat oven to 400.

Combine mayo, Boursin, and Dijon for the spread; season with salt and pepper.

Cut puff pastry into 3 strips along fold marks, cut strips in half crosswise, and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake pastries 15 minutes, then let cool 5 minutes.

Split pastries in half and cover cut sides with Boursin spread.

Top bottom pastries with romaine, tomatoes, bacon, and remaining puff pastry halves.
