Ingredients
- 2 pieces naan
- Olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
- 1/2 garlic clove
- 2/3 cup shredded farmer's cheese (from a block)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions

Preheat broiled to high with rack 6 inches from element.

Brush one side of naan with oil and season with salt and pepper. Broil naan, oiled side up, until lightly toasted, 1-2 minutes.

Rub garlic clove over broiled side of naan, then sprinkle with cheese. Broil naan until cheese melts, 2 minutes; garnish with cilantro.
