Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
- 5 c chicken broth
- 4 c tortilla chips
- 3 chicken breast halves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 pkg fajita seasoning mix
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cans green chiles, diced
- 3 roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 avocado, firm, not too ripe
- 1 c sour cream
- 1/3 c cilantro, minced
- monterey jack cheese, shredded
- blue corn chips for garnish
Directions

Boil broth and add chips.

Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes.

Run through blender.

Cook chicken, garlic, onions, 1/4 pkg fajita mix.

When chicken is no longer pink, add to broth mixture.

Stir in 1/4 pkg fajita mix, tomatoes, chiles and avocado.

When warm, stir in cilantro, sour cream.

Serve topped with cheese and blue corn chips.
