Pressure Cooker Mac & Cheese

Cook time: 15 minutes
Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pasta
  • 2 tbl butter
  • 1 tbl mustard
  • 1 tsp pepper sauce
  • 4 cups water or stock
  • 1.25 cups milk more or less
  • 12 oz cheese more or less
  • salt
  • pepper
  • onion powder, garlic powder or other spices

Directions

  1. Set pressure cooker to saute and heat

  2. Add butter and melt

  3. Add mustard and pepper sauce and stir

  4. Add pasta and stir to coat pasta

  5. Add water

  6. Lock lid and pressure cook on (Manual) High for 4 minutes

  7. When time is up quick release pressure

  8. Set temperate to Saute

  9. Add Milk and let that heat up

  10. Add Cheese and let melt

  11. Add salt, pepper and other spices

  12. Let everything warm up and mix

  13. Serve
