Appetizer Meatballs

Ingredients
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 to 3 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- Sauce:
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
Directions

Combine the first 10 ingredients; shape into 1 inch balls. Place in a single layer in a baking pan.

Combine the sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
