Ingredients
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 3 lbs. boneless country-style pork ribs, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

In a medium bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire, onion powder, garlic powder, garlic powder, black pepper and red pepper. Reserve 1/2 cup marinade for serving.

Place pork in a large Ziploc bag; pour remaining ketchup mixture over pork. Seal bag; refrigerate for at least 8 hours.

Remove pork from bag; discard marinade. Let stand at room temp for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread pork onto skewers.

Grill over indirect heat, turning occasionally, until meat is cooked through, 20-25 minutes. Serve with reserved 1/2 cup marinade.
