Fudge Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients

  • 18 1⁄4 oz box devil's food cake mix, (suggested: Betty Crocker Super Moist)
  • 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large egg
  • 1 granulated sugar, for rolling

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Stir (by hand) dry cake mix, oil and eggs in a large bowl until dough forms.

  3. Dust hands with confectioners’ sugar.

  4. Shape dough into 1" balls.

  5. Roll balls in confectioners’ sugar.

  6. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until center is JUST SET.

  8. Remove from pans after a minute or so.

  9. Cool on wire racks
