Ingredients
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 garlic clove, grated
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 lb. frozen crinkle-cut fries
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 1 tsp butter
- 3 tbsp. Buffalo hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
Directions

Whisk blue cheese and sour cream with mayo and buttermilk and garlic; season with salt and pepper. Deep-fry fries in 375 degree vegetable oil, 3-7 minutes. Melt butter and Buffalo sauce and brown sugar; toss with the warm fries. Serve with the blue cheese sauce.
