Ingredients
- 8 small red potatoes
- 8 small white potatoes
- 8 small blue potatoes
- 3 tbsp. canola oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- Sauce:
- 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup stone-ground mustard
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp minced fresh chives
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Toss together first 8 ingredients. Transfer to a shallow roasting pan. Roast potatoes until tender, 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir together the sauce ingredients; serve with hot potatoes.
