Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped, toasted blanched almonds
- 2 cups prepared whipped topping
- 1 pkg. instant toasted coconut pudding
- 2 cups cold milk mint sprigs
Directions

Reserve 5 orange segments for garnish. Fold oranges and almonds into topping.

Combine pudding with milk, beating slowly for 2 minutes.

Alternate topping and pudding in parfait glasses. Garnish with oranges
