Corn & Crab Brisque

Also served in a bread bowl. Very great appetizer to a special dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 Med onion chopped
- 2 - 10oz boxes of frozen creamed corn
- 1 lb of crab meat
- 1 pint of half and half
- 1 pint of regular milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- (garnish with fresh parsley or chives)
Directions

Saute the chopped onion in the butter. When transparent add the creamed corn and saute just a few minutes more. Add the crab meat, half & half, regular milk and salt and pepper. Simmer on the stove until heated through.
