Ingredients
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup SQUEEZE PARKAY margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned or quick oats, uncooked
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 cups peeled thin apple slices
- 2 cups peeled thin apple slices
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions

Combine sugar and margarine. Add egg; mix until well blended. Add combined flour; oats and spices; mix well. Spread onto greased 12-inch pizza pan.

Arrange fruit on batter; sprinkle with nuts.

Bake at 400 degrees, 35 to 40 minutes or until fruit is tender. Cool, cut into wedges.

Variations: Substitute a 13 × 9 inch baking pan for pizza pan.

Substitute 4 cups peeled thin apple or pear slices for fruit combination.
