Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Sriracha
- 1 tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 8 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- Black pepper
- 8 skinless chicken drumsticks
- 6 bay leaves
- 1 scallion, chopped, for garnish
Directions

In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, Sriracha, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and pepper to taste.

Arrange the chicken in an even layer in the bottom of a slow cook. Add the bay leaves and pour the sauce over the chicken.

Cover and cook on LOW 4-6 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and falling off the bone. Discard the bay leaves. Served garnish with scallions.
