- 1-2 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1 1/2 cups dried wide noodles
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz. beef ribeye steak
- 1 small onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tsp cooking oil
- 2 tsp flour
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
Directions

In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream and horseradish. Cover and chill until serving time.

Add beef broth and tomato paste to skillet with beef. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 1 minute more. Remove from heat.
-
To serve, divide noodle-broccoli mixture between two bowls. Spoon beef mixture on top of noodle mixture. Top with sour cream mixture.
