Ingredients
- 12 oz. dried tricolor bow tie pasts
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 cups milk
- 8 oz. Port du Salut cheese, shredded
- 1 cup shredded American
- 2 tbsp. snipped fresh oregano
- 1/2 cup soft light rye or wheat bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta as directed. Drain. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, cook garlic in hot butter over medium heat for 30 seconds. Stir in flour. Add milk. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly; reduce heat. Add shredded cheeses. Stir until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in cooked pasta and oregano. Spoon mixture into an ungreased 2-qt. casserole. Top with bread crumbs.

Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
