Steak with Blue Cheese Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp snipped fresh basil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 6 T-bone steaks

Directions

  1. For butter mixture, stir together the butter, blue cheese, parsley, basil, and garlic. Set aside.

  2. Trim fat from steaks. Sprinkle steaks with pepper. Grill steaks directly over medium, turning once. To serve, top each steak with about 1 tbsp. of the butter mixture.
