Green Beans in Cheese-Bacon Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2- 16 oz. package frozen cut green beans
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 4 oz. jar sliced pimiento, drained
  • 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 10.75 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 6 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained, and crumbled

Directions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine beans, the onion, pimiento, and mushrooms. Stir in soup, cheese, and pepper. Sprinkle with bacon.

  2. Cover; cook on LOW 5-6 hours. Stir before serving.
