Ingredients
- 12 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/3 cup sliced green onion
- 2 tbsp. bottle green salsa
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack or white Cheddar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup snipped fresh cilantro
Directions

Drain artichokes, discarding marinade. Coarsely chop artichokes. In a small saucepan, combine chopped artichokes, green onion, and salsa. Cook over medium heat until heated through, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese, sour cream, and cilantro. Serve immediately.
