Warm Artichoke and Salsa Dip

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onion
  • 2 tbsp. bottle green salsa
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack or white Cheddar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup snipped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. Drain artichokes, discarding marinade. Coarsely chop artichokes. In a small saucepan, combine chopped artichokes, green onion, and salsa. Cook over medium heat until heated through, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese, sour cream, and cilantro. Serve immediately.
