Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp Dijon
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 3 pita bread rounds, halved horizontally
Directions

Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients except pita rounds. Brush cut surfaces of bread with the spice mixture. Cut each into 8 wedges. Place wedges, spice sides up, on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until crisp. Cool on baking sheet.
