Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 2-3 tbsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 recipe Blue Cheese Dip
- Salt
- Pepper

Preheat broiler. Meanwhile, cut off and discard tips of chicken wings. Cut wings at joints to form 24 pieces. Place chicken wing pieces in a shallow nonmetal pan.

For sauce, in a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, bottled hot pepper sauce, and paprika. Pour mixture over chicken wings, stirring to coat. Cover chicken; chill for 30 minutes. Prepare Blue Cheese Dup.

Drain chicken, reserving sauce. Place the chicken wing pieces on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. If desired, sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper. Brush with some of the reserved sauce.

Broil chicken 4-5 inches from the heat about 10 minutes of until lightly browned. Turn the chicken pieces; brush again with the reserved sauce. Discard any remaining sauce. Broil for 10-15 minutes more or until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Serve with dip.
