Ingredients
- 8 oz. package cream cheese
- 4 oz. package crumbled garlic-and-herb feta cheese
- 1 tbsp. milk
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp snipped fresh rosemary
Directions

In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, feta cheese, and milk. Season to taste with pepper. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until mixture is well mixed and of spreading consistency. Divide in half.

In a shallow bowl, combine parsley and rosemary. Shape each half of cheese mixture into a 5-inch-long roll. Roll in parsley mixture. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and chill until serving time.
