Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 5 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 1/4 cups shredded Monterey Jack
- French bread cubes or sweet pepper strips
Directions

In a 1 1/2-qt. saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir for 30 seconds. Stir in flour and cayenne. Stir in broth and evaporated milk all at once. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Gradually add cheese, stirring until cheese is melted. Transfer to a fondue pot placed over fondue burner.

Serve with bread cubes or sweet pepper strips.
