Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup canned chipotle chile peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 fresh jalapeno chile pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp. snipped fresh oregano
- 1 tsp bottled minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
Directions

In a food processor bowl, combine green onions, chipotles, jalapeno, oregano, garlic, and salt. Cover; process until combined. Add ketchup, red wine vinegar, and olive oil; process until smooth. Cover and store unused ketchup in fridge for up to 3 days.
