Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange-flavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can apricots
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

Drain apricots, reserving juice. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add 1/2 cup apricot juice and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Whip with rotary beater until fluffy and thick.

Chop the drained apricots and fold in mixture. Pour into 4 individual molds. Chill until firm and unmold on serving dishes. Top with 1 Tbsp. whipped topping, if desired.
