Serves 12 people
Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lbs roast beef
- 1 to 2 c. beef broth
- 1 1/2 c. peppercini juice
- Oregano or Italian seasoning
- black pepper
- garlic or garlic powder
- peppercinis
Directions

Put everything except peppercinis in crockpot for 5 – 6 hours on high. Serve on rolls with peppercinis.
