Serves 12 people

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lbs roast beef
  • 1 to 2 c. beef broth
  • 1 1/2 c. peppercini juice
  • Oregano or Italian seasoning
  • black pepper
  • garlic or garlic powder
  • peppercinis

Directions

  1. Put everything except peppercinis in crockpot for 5 – 6 hours on high. Serve on rolls with peppercinis.
