Ingredients
- 2- 14.5 oz. cans chicken broth with roasted garlic
- 14.5 oz. can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2 cups frozen sweet pepper and onion stir-fry vegetables
- Tortilla chips
- Sliced fresh jalapeno pepper
- Lime wedges
Directions

In a large saucepan, combine chicken broth, undrained tomatoes, chicken, and frozen vegetables. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

To serve, ladle soup into warm soup bowls. Serve with tortilla chips. Top with sliced jalapenos and serve with lime wedges.
