Ingredients
- 8 oz. leftover roast beef, shredded
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup bottled barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack
- 1/2 cup packaged shredded broccoli or broccoli slaw mix
Directions

Arrange beef on the tortillas. Drizzle with barbecue sauce and top with cheese and broccoli; roll up. Serve immediately or wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill for up to 24 hours.
