Ingredients
- 8 flour tortillas
- 12 oz. ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
- 2/3 cup bottled barbecue sauce
- 2 cups packaged shredded cabbage with carrots (coleslaw mix)

Preheat oven to 350. Wrap tortillas tightly in foil; place on baking sheet. Heat in oven about 10 minutes or until heated through.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in corn and 1/3 cup of the barbecue sauce. Cook and stir until heated through.

To serve, spread one side of tortillas with the remaining barbecue sauce. Spoon about 1/2 cup beef mixture on each tortilla. Add shredded cabbage. Roll up.
