Spicy Taco Tostadas

Ingredients

  • 18 oz. tub refrigerated taco sauce with shredded chicken
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1-2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
  • 5 tostada shells
  • 3 cups packaged shredded lettuce
  • Shredded Mexican cheese blend

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, combine taco sauce with shredded chicken, tomatoes, and jalapenos. Cook over medium heat until heated through.

  2. Place 4 tostada shells on a serving platter. Top with shredded lettuce. Spoon chicken mixture on the lettuce. Coarsely crush the remaining tostada shell; sprinkle over taco mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
