LouAna Arkansas Breaded Pork Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. pork cutlets
  • 2 cups flour, all-purpose
  • 1/2 tsp. salt, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cups bread crumbs, dry
  • 2 cups Lou Ana Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Pound the pork cutlets to an even thickness.

  2. Season the flour with salt, pepper and oregano.

  3. Dredge the cutlets in flour and dip in egg wash.

  4. Dredge in dry bread crumbs, allow cutlets to rest for 10- 20 minutes in refrigerator.

  5. Pan-fry in LouAna Vegetable oil until lightly browned. Drain on paper towels. Serve with a lemon wedge.
