Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 cup chicken, cooked and cut-up
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup Original Bisquick mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Add vegetables to ungreased 2 quart casserole dish. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix in chicken and the soups.

  3. Stir remaining ingredients in small bowl with fork until blended. Pour in casserole.

  4. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
