Ingredients
- 16 oz. package dried bow tie pasta
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 large plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 15 oz. can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup finely shredded Parmesan
- 1/4 cup snipped fresh basil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions

In a Dutch oven, cook pasta as directed; drain and return to pan. Add olive oil and toss with pasta to coat. Add tomatoes, beans, mozzarella, Parmesan, basil, garlic, and salt; toss gently to coat.
