Ingredients
- 10 oz. dried linguini
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 English muffins, split
- 2/3 cup basil, chopped
- 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup chicken broth or pasta water
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and black pepper
- Grated Parmesan
- Fresh basil

Preheat broiler. Cook pasta as directed.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine 1 tbsp. of the oil and 2 cloves of the garlic; brush on cut sides of English muffins. Place on baking sheet. Broil 3-4 inches from heat for 2-3 minutes or until edges begin to brown and tops are golden. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp. of the basil; set aside.

Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, heat remaining 2 tbsp. oil over medium-high heat; adding remaining 4 garlic cloves, the remaining basil, and the tomatoes. Cook about 2 minutes or until garlic is tender. Add chicken broth and sugar. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until tomatoes have softened. Season with salt and pepper. Add drained pasta; heat through.

Serve pasta with toasted muffins. Sprinkle Parmesan and additional basil.
