Ingredients
- 1 chile de arbol, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- grated zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 12 oz. linguine, cooked
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- Salt
- 1 chile de arbol, crumbled
Directions

Cook chile in olive oil in a pot over medium heat until toasted, 2-3 minutes. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, and butter and stir until melted.

Toss with pasta, adding water to loosen the sauce. Stir in Parmesan and season with salt. Top with crumbled chile.
