Asian Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced Chinese cabbage
  • 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced iceberg lettuce
  • 1 up bean sprouts
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1/2 cup bottled light ginger salad dressing
  • 2 tsp. less-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas, plain or flavored
  • 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled

Directions

  1. In large bowl combine Chinese cabbage, lettuce, bean sprouts, bell pepper, salad dressing and soy sauce. Toss, mixing well.

  2. Place vegetable mixture across center of each tortilla to within 1 inch from the edge.

  3. Thinly slice chicken breasts and arrange slices on top of vegetable mixture.

  4. fold 1 side of tortilla over filling and roll tightly.
