Really cheesy lasagna

Vegetarian lasagna with entirely too much cheese.

Cook time: 45 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 9 strips whole wheat lasagna noodles
- 16 oz spaghetti sauce
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cook lasagna noodles as directed on package.

Grate mozzarella and set aside.

Assemble the lasagna in layers in a lasagna-sized casserole dish as follows:

thin layer of spaghetti sauce

3 lasagna noodles

half the ricotta cheese

a few spoonfuls of spaghetti sauce

3 noodles

the other half of the ricotta

a few spoonfuls of spaghetti sauce

half the shredded mozzarella
-
3 noodles
-
the rest of the spaghetti sauce

the rest of the mozzarella
-
sprinkle on the shredded parmesan

bake 45 minutes or until the lasagna is bubbling vigorously
