Ingredients
- 3/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 lb. ground pork
- 8 pieces unsweetened slice pineapple
- 8 bacon strips
- 8 sesame seed hamburger buns, split
Directions

In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Crumble pork over mixture and mix well. Shape into eight patties. Top each with a pineapple slice; wrap with a bacon strip, if grilling the burgers, coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill.

Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from the heat for 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees and juices run clear.

Serve on buns.
