Ingredients
- 2 cup bocconcini
- 1 finely chopped sun-dried tomato+2 tbsp. oil from jar
- 1 tsp oregano, chopped
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions

Toss mozzarella with sun-dried tomato and oil, oregano, parsley, salt, and red pepper. Refrigerated at least 4 hours or overnight.
