Ingredients
- 4 oz. pancetta, diced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 large bunch broccoli rabe
- Salt
- Red pepper flakes
- Ciabatta, sliced and grilled
- Grated ricotta salata
Directions

Cook pancetta in olive oil in a skillet until crisp; drain on paper towels. Add garlic to the drippings; cook 1 minute.

Trim, chop and rinse broccoli; leave damp. Add to the skillet and season with salt and pepper flakes. Cover and cook until tender, 8 minutes.

Stir in the pancetta. Serve on ciabatta; top with ricotta.
