Zucchini and Salami Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pizza dough, room temp.
  • Olive oil
  • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 oz. salami, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup grated provolone

Directions

  1. Stretch pizza dough into an 11×15-inch rectangle on an oiled baking sheet. Rub with olive oil and arrange zucchini over the top; season with salt and pepper.

  2. Bake at 475 until browned, 20 minutes. Top with salami and provolone. Bake until melted, 2-3 minutes. Cut into triangles.
