Ingredients
- 1 lb. pizza dough, room temp.
- Olive oil
- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper
- 2 oz. salami, thinly sliced
- 1 cup grated provolone
Directions

Stretch pizza dough into an 11×15-inch rectangle on an oiled baking sheet. Rub with olive oil and arrange zucchini over the top; season with salt and pepper.

Bake at 475 until browned, 20 minutes. Top with salami and provolone. Bake until melted, 2-3 minutes. Cut into triangles.
