Ingredients
- 1 lb. pizza dough, room temp
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Chopped rosemary
- 12 slices prosciutto

Roll pizza dough into a 12×14-inch rectangle on a floured surface; transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cover; let rise 1 hour in a warm place. Gently press the dough all over with your fingers; brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary.

Bake at 425 until golden, 13-15 minutes. Let cool. Cut into 12 sticks; wrap each with a slice of prosciutto.
