Ingredients
- 12 1-inch pieces cantaloupe
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp white balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- 6 thin slices prosciutto
- 12 mint leaves

Toss cantaloupe with olive and vinegar; season with salt and pepper. Halve prosciutto; wrap each around the melon along with a mint leaf.
