Cantaloupe-Wrapped Melon

Ingredients

  • 12 1-inch pieces cantaloupe
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp white balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 thin slices prosciutto
  • 12 mint leaves

Directions

  1. Toss cantaloupe with olive and vinegar; season with salt and pepper. Halve prosciutto; wrap each around the melon along with a mint leaf.
