Asian Steak Salad

Cambodian inspired salad- add 1/2 cup each thinly sliced red bell pepper and cucumber for more crunch.

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Asian fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 small serrano chile, seeded, deveined, finely chopped (about 2 tsp.)
- 1 (12 oz.) beef sirloin steak (1 to 1 1/2 inches thick)
- 4 cups packed mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint

Heat grill/ Whisk lime juice, fish sauce, sugar and chile in small bowl.

Grill steak, covered, over medium heat or coals 5 to 10 minutes for medium-rare, turning once. Remove steak. Cover loosely with foil; let stand 10 minutes before cutting into 1/4-inch slices.

Toss salad greens, cilantro and mint in large bowl with enough dressing to lightly coat. Top with steak.
