Salmon with soy-lime sauce

A really simple, easy recipe.

Ingredients
- salmon fillet or steak
- soy sauce
- lime juice
- red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions

lay the salmon skin-down in a frying pan

mix a sauce of half soy, half lime juice

spoon a few spoonfuls of sauce on each piece of fish

sprinkle red pepper to taste

set heat to low-medium

let cook, covered
-
spoon more sauce on the fish after five minutes or so.

use a fork to check that the fish is done – it will look dark pink inside even when it’s cooked.

don’t overcook!
