Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 1 (3 lb.) chicken, cup up
- 1 tsp. coriander seed
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 small cabbage, cut up
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can (1 lb.) chickpeas
- 1 smoked ham bone
- 2 pkg. instant chicken broth
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1.2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
