One pie crust

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3-1/2 C all purpose flour
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 C solid Crisco
  • 3-6 T ice water

Directions

  1. Blend flour and salt

  2. Cut in shortening

  3. Stir in water until crust sticks together

  4. Chill-wrapped in plastic wrap- for 30 minutes
