Asparagus with Grapefruit Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen asparagus spears
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup grapefruit juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1 cup butter, melted and heated
Directions

Cook asparagus spears as directed on package;

drain. Place in serving dish and keep warm.

Combine egg yolks, grapefruit juice, salt and pepper in electric blender container. Cover and process just until smooth. Remove cover and gradually poor in the melted butter while blender is still running. The sauce will thicken very quickly. Serve immediately over asparagus.
