Asparagus with Hot Wine Mayonnaise

Ingredients
- 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus spears
- Hot Wine Mayonnaise:
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1/4 cup Sauterne
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
Directions

Cook asparagus spears according to package directions. Drain thoroughly. Place warm asparagus in flat serving dish, and top with Hot Wine Mayonnaise.

Hot Wine Mayonnaise:

Combine onion and wine; let stand 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Heat over hot, but not boiling, water.
