Ingredients
- 8 corn tortillas
- 12 thawed Herbed Turkey Meatballs (see recipe), sliced
- 15 oz. can refried beans, warmed
- 2 cups shredded romaine
- 1 cup fresh salsa
- 1/3 cup sliced pickled jalapenos
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro
Directions

Spray tortillas and meatballs with cooking spray; arrange on baking sheets. Bake at 425 until tortillas are golden brown and meatballs are heated through, 15 minutes.

Top tortillas with beans, meatballs, lettuce, salsa, jalapenos, avocado and cilantro.
